Shipping Policy

At This Place Be Magical, I ship within UK and Ireland. Orders will be posted using Royal Mail first and second class services. For orders over 2kg, these will be sent with a tracked delivery service.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. Each product is picked carefully by hand and its just me here, so please allow up to 3-5 days processing time for your order.

Returns Policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
